We are excited to be bringing together a new customer experience hub based at our head office which will focus on providing great customer services and supporting our operational and service teams. We are currently seeking proactive and solutions-focused individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support to join us.
There are a number of full-time roles and part-time hours available working within an 8am-8pm, Monday-Sunday rota.
Our lead customer experience administrators will provide excellent customer services as described above, acting as the lead on-shift providing guidance and support to colleagues. The role will also provide a wider corporate administrative function supporting internal office services, customer feedback reporting, access to information enquiries and information management processes.
You will be friendly, proactive, have great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Above all, you will be committed to maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring customers receive enjoyable and effortless service in response to their enquiries.
You will have a background in customer services and / or administration and be confident in using IT and different software packages. Previous experience working within a public sector setting and knowledge of customer feedback and improvement processes are desirable but not essential.
