International Relations Manager: ParalympicsGB

This is a fixed-term position initially for 12 months with a salary in the range of circa £46,000 per annum plus paid holiday, flexible working and benefits package.

About us

ParalympicsGB is the country’s largest national disability sport charity and the National Paralympic Committee for the UK. We select, prepare, enter, fund and manage the ParalympicsGB team at Summer and Winter Paralympic Games. We also promote the success of the athletes to inspire wider societal change; our aim is an environment for disabled people in the UK that is genuinely inclusive in sport and society.

About you

You will be experienced and knowledgeable about international sport governance and excited about taking a key role in the delivery of our international influencing programme joining at a critical time with campaigns and elections taking place across 2024 and 2025. You will understand how to shape international influencing campaigns and how to underpin those with research, developing connections and campaign materials.

You’ll be great at building relationships across the organisation and with wider stakeholders. You’ll be good at understanding the motivations and breadth of experience globally.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are a close-knit team who work collaboratively (nationally and internationally) across a range of delivery projects. You’ll be someone who takes pride in providing service to our colleagues and helping ParalympicsGB achieve its strategic goals.
