Job description
A great opportunity to join the HR team in a temporary role for up to 18 months to support in a generalist HR capacity having responsibility for the provision of HR advice to managers across enjoyleisure managed sports centres. To assist and support in an efficient and effective HR and payroll service of systems, process and procedures to enjoyleisure managed sports centres and the management team.
21 hours per week working Tue, Wed & Fri 9-5.
Deputise for the Head of HR & People Development.
Job purpose:
Ensure effective HR advice and guidance to colleagues and managers relating to the entire life cycle of employees ensuring the accurate interpretation of HR policies, employee relations and best practice.
