We’re looking for a dynamic Basketball Coach to join our team!
You will be responsible for delivering fun, engaging, and inspiring classes, encouraging participants to achieve the maximum potential for their individual needs and abilities. You will assist in creating activity session plans and implementing best practice training protocols in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
We are looking for friendly, positive, and enthusiastic coach who has:
- Previous experience in delivering quality, entertaining, and engaging coaching practices.
- A basketball qualification beyond the introductory level.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people of differing abilities, stages, and ages.
- Great listening, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to convey information and provide feedback.
Opportunity available is a part-time, permanent position, offering 11.25 hours per week, with work split across the following venues and times:
- Ainslie Park Leisure Centre – Monday 15:30- 19:00
- Meadowbank Sports Centre – Thursday 13:45 – 18:00
- Drumbrae Leisure Centre – Friday 12:45 – 16:15
