Creating a volunteer agreement

An agreement is not a legally binding contract but rather a document to make it clear what volunteers can expect from the organisation, and in turn, what the organisation also expects from the volunteer.

Developing a volunteer policy

Volunteers need to know why they are involved and it is good practice to create policy to show you care about your volunteers. It outlines how volunteers are involved in the organisation, building positive staff and volunteer relations.
