Our aim is to support and work in partnership with charities operating in Scotland which are clearly focused on improving the quality of life for people who are disadvantaged

The Foundation distributes its funds to registered charities in Scotland which are focused on improving the quality of life for people in Scotland who are disadvantaged. It has a particular emphasis on funding grassroots charities.

  • Minimum award: £3000

Up to £3,000 for organisations with a turnover of up to £50,000, and one for grants over £3,000

  • Coaching
  • Community sport
  • Projects designed to engage people in sport
  • Outdoor sport

Groups

  • Not-for-profit club or community group - with governing Document

Specific sports

For disadvantaged people and if it is for capital appeals the total budget cost has to be £20,000

Other notes

Only fund charities that are registered with OSCR and have an income of less than £500,000
