Physical activity is central to good mental health, and small changes – like a daily walk with a friend – can be transformational. But with lockdowns, restrictions and worries, making time for our own wellbeing has been harder than ever. As restrictions ease, sportscotland and SAMH are working together to change that. We want to help you #FeelYourPersonalBest - everyone deserves to feel the benefits of physical activity.
Physical activity doesn’t need to be strenuous to be effective. This campaign isn’t about clocking steps, miles or fastest times, it’s about finding your own way to get moving, so you can #FeelYourPersonalBest. We know getting started can be hard but once you get going there will be no stopping you!
