What has been your highlight during your time as a YA?
Working with my sports co-ordinator and other sports ambassador at events/clubs to get as many people as possible involved in sport.
What are you most looking forward to as part of the YA Delivery Team?
Meeting other likeminded individuals looking to inspire others in sport.
What skills would you like to learn or develop during your time as a YA Delivery Team member?
I would like to further develop my confidence in speaking in-front of other people and gain new experience from everyone involved.
What advice would you give to a young person considering Young Ambassadors?
It’s an amazing opportunity and to make sure you involve yourself fully. By showing your own passion, enthusiasm and involvement as a Young Ambassador it will help inspire more people to become involved in sport themselves!
Proudest achievement (outside of Young Ambassadors)?
Winning the cup final with my netball team and getting into university.
Future aspirations?
To become a PE teacher.
