Q&A with Isabella

What has been your highlight during your time as a YA?

My highlight has definitely been getting the chance to travel off the island and experience a training event, as well as meeting new people and learning new skills that I am able to take back with me to use in my schools clubs and events.

What are you most looking forward to as part of the YA Delivery Team?

I’m most looking forward to seeing the growth within my self confidence and the teamwork between everyone, as well as getting to travel to new places and deliver the workshops to the new YAs.

What skills would you like to learn or develop during your time as a YA Delivery Team member?

I would like to boost my confidence by doing different things that put me out my comfort zone.

What advice would you give to a young person considering Young Ambassadors?

To always give it a try with your best effort. Don’t be scared as everyone else is new to it and to take advantage of all the opportunities your schools are offering.

What are your future aspirations?

My future aspirations are to get the grades needed to continue coaching and developing sports by going to university.
