Lochgelly High School Young Ambassadors Ryan, Maya, Casie and Caitlin have been working hard to increase extra-curricular sport provision and further opportunities for competition in one of their cluster schools. The YAs have been volunteering every Thursday at Benarty Primary Schools to help lead three additional after-school clubs running football and netball.
Almost new 50 pupils at the school are involved in extra-curricular sport. With up
coming cluster festivals in football and netball, the YA's are helping to prepare the Primary pupils to compete against other schools in the cluster. Deputy Head Teacher Mr Anderson has called the YAs at "huge asset" to the school and "making a positive difference" for Benarty Primary School pupils.
