There is a need to ensure equal physical activity opportunity in communities across Edinburgh. We will undertake projects for underrepresented groups who can then reap the social, mental and physical benefits from activities. We will do this by creating CSH environments where key community stakeholders work together. In partnership we will develop local physical activity provision and intentionally create projects focusing on the 4x EDI areas (those: with mental health issues; from our ethnically diverse communities; over the age of 50; and from low income areas).
