Scottish Disability Sport

Inclusion in Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sport Evidence indicates that children and young people with disabilities participate to a much lesser extent in physical activity and sport. With good practice of inclusion all children and young people can participate fully in curricular, extra-curricular and community programmes. This can be achieved by confidence and competence of teachers and leaders being prepared to consider the needs of individuals and modify where appropriate when necessary. Scottish Disability Sport
