Inclusion information

The School Sport Award self assessment tool and development plan are designed to help schools to continuously improve the quality and quantity of physical education (PE) and sport opportunities and increase young people’s engagement in PE and school sport.

PE and school sport should be accessible to all and we would encourage schools to think about how they ensure their sessions are inclusive and how they engage with young people, including those with protected characteristics, to participate.
