Inverclyde National Sports Training Centre has been inspiring sportspeople for more than 60 years. In 2016 Cumbrae National Watersports Centre celebrated its 40th birthday. Now, thanks to a £12m investment from the Scottish Government and sportscotland, Inverclyde & Cumbrae is once again taking up position as a leading venue for sports development in Scotland.

As a Senior Instructor at the National Centre you will have responsibility for the planning and delivery of staff development in specialist areas as well as developing the National Centre’s activities and courses through operational planning and management including liaison with key partner organisations. In addition to having the relevant qualifications you will have experience in managing a team of instructors.

A proven leader and team player, you will be strategically minded and be have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with a broad spectrum of clients from novices to experts. You will take day to day responsibility for running the training delivery with responsibility for safety and managing the wider Instructional staff team.
