Programme Manager (UK expansion project)

Salary:  £33,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

The Outdoor Partnership, established in 2005, is a successful, effective and well-respected community partnership charitable company inspiring local people to become involved in outdoor activities through participation, education, volunteering, and employment. 

The Charity has secured funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to replicate its ethos and success in North Wales to other regions in the UK. The ‘Opening Door to the Outdoors’ is a 7 year project and the Charity is seeking to recruit a professional and highly skilled Programme Manager to support the Chief Executive Officer in this exciting and pivotal period for organisation.

The Outdoor Partnership has a Welsh Language Scheme endorsed by the Welsh Language Commissioner and is a fully bilingual organisation.  The post holder will be part of the charity’s staff team and be based at the Charity’s main offices at Plas y Brenin.  It is therefore essential that the post holder is fluent in both Welsh and English.
