Performance Operations Manager, British Curling Performance programme

The British and Scottish Curling programme is housed within sportscotland institute of sport. The programme has previously delivered Olympic and World medal success and is aiming to do so again in Beijing 2022. The Performance Operations Manager role is a key one towards success by Great Britain/Scotland Curling teams on the highest world competition stages.

Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £37.5-40k

Based in Stirling

As the Performance Operations Manager of the British programme, you will take a key role in developing the high performance teams to deliver in Beijing 2022. This will include providing support to the Performance Director in strategic plan implementation, monitoring and reviewing processes, maximising the impact of all operational management systems in the programme,  work with the National Curling Academy stakeholders to ensure a high quality daily training environment and be part of the programme’s Senior Leadership Team

You must have a flexible approach to work, very good project management skills and have experience of and a positive attitude to supporting a team of high performance experts working with high performance Curling Athletes.
