One year fixed-term contract, full-time

We are currently looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Sports Development team, who will support our partner organisations and sports governing bodies to deliver sportscotland’s vision of creating a world class sporting system in Scotland.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of growing partnership relationships, so we are looking for someone who can create and develop effective relationships up to and including senior management; who can communicate with and directly influence a broad spectrum of key partners and stakeholders both internally and externally.

You should also have strong business-related knowledge, such as demonstrable planning skills, budgetary management and control with the ability to see the ‘big picture’ in terms of strategy planning and development.

As the Partnership Manager, you will be a team-player who is experienced in leading and managing projects and change management programmes. Ideally you will have knowledge of the sporting environment however this is not essential.
