Reports to: National Development Manager (Senior Clubs & Participation)
Employment Status: 1 Year Fixed Term, with possible extension dependent on funding. 28 hours per week (4 days)
Salary: £22000 per annum, pro rata

About You
To help us achieve our ambition, we are looking for a proactive, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join the Development team.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of sports development and can evidence developing and maintaining effective relationships with community groups, clubs and volunteers to support the growth of our sport.
At the heart of recruitment for this position is finding the right person who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, who aligns with our values.
