Welsh Gymnastics is looking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic programme lead for the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics discipline in Wales. The successful candidate will contribute to the vision and mission of the Welsh Gymnastics COaCH 2022 Strategy through the delivery of a systematic and highly effective performance programme that identifies, nurtures and develops athletes who have the ability to win medals at the Commonwealth Games and contribute to major senior Championships representation for Great Britain.

This role is key to creating a high-performance culture and developmental environment in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics in which athletes, coaches and support staff work collaboratively to realise their individual and collective potential.

The successful candidate should possess the vision and necessary skills to be able to lead and manage the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics programme from talent identification through to international level.
