Finance and Administration Manager: The Camanachd Association

Salary - From £22K - £25K (depending on experience)

The Camanachd Association is the Governing Body for the sport of shinty. The Association was established in 1893 and is now a not for profit limited company based in Inverness with eight full-time staff.

The overall aim of the Camanachd Association is to protect and enhance shinty’s iconic status in the landscape of Scottish sport, and sustain shinty as a vibrant and integral part of Scottish life.

Based in Inverness, the successful candidate will be a key member of the organisation’s Senior Management Team, responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors for all finance, administration and office systems.

This is a full time post and will require occasional weekend working for specific planned CA activities which will be compensated for by time off in lieu.

The purpose of the post:

In line with the wider Strategic Plan for Shinty, the post holder will take lead responsibility for a range of business areas including office management, financial control, membership administration and general communications.
