We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Executive Officer to provide administrative support to the Wellbeing and Club Development Teams.

Based at Stirling University campus, Scottish Swimming is one of the leading sports organisations in Scotland. We are seeking a highly organised Executive Officer to provide administrative support in all Wellbeing and Protection matters and to support on projects with the Club Development team. Good communication and strong administrative skills are essential.

Key Functions:

  • Support the Safeguarding Manager, administering and acting as the first point of contact for clubs for wellbeing queries. Including PVG checks for all volunteers.
  • Support the Regional Team with projects and for the implementation of the Young Volunteer Programme.
  • Support the Swimming Technical Official committee with reports and organising seminars as required
