Scottish Rugby is the governing body for rugby union in Scotland. Our role is to grow the game and inspire Scotland through rugby in line with our values of respect, leadership, achievement, engagement and enjoyment.

Rugby Development’s mission is to build a vibrant and sustainable game for all where each individual and rugby community is valued. The new 2019-2023 Strategy covers how the department is going to strive for continual improvements and how the new regional delivery model is helping to support strong relationships to facilitate an inclusive game.

This Content Producer role will support the Rugby Development department in creating high quality digital media content aimed at supporting the development of coaches, match officials and volunteers. The post holder will also support the wider Rugby Development initiatives to raise the profile of the community game.

Based within the Broadcast department, this role will utilise all appropriate channels with a view of gaining maximum exposure and engagement from content.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be innovative, and creative, developing ideas for digital learning content for e-learning courses, qualifications and workshops. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, where all ideas are welcome and you’ll need to be a team player with a strength in working collaboratively with a variety of people across Scottish Rugby.
