sportscotland Glenmore Lodge is Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, where our aim is to offer world class training in outdoor adventure sports and encourage more people to enjoy the outdoors more often.

A great opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our experienced management team as the lead operations manager for training.

You will have substantial experience in the outdoor sector, including leadership and management of training programs in remote and at times hostile environments.

You will hold at least one of the highest outdoor qualifications, including either MIC and/or IFMGA Guide. Additional high level outdoor qualifications relevant to our operation are desirable. You will have an understanding of product delivery and resource management.

You will be a strong communicator, capable of participating in wider strategic management, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
