Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 depending on experience

Scottish Gymnastics (SG) is on a journey to becoming a world class governing body for our members and partners and we are looking for like-minded people who will help us on the way. Through our 12-year strategy we have identified a need to focus on areas that will make a real difference. This key role will help us to deliver our ambitions, those of our members and member clubs.
As our CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Scottish Gymnastics’ strategic and business plans for the 12 year strategy, and being an effective advocate for gymnastics in the wider sporting landscape.
Your role will be crucial to the ongoing success of our organisation. We want our CEO to be a motivator and a leader who will model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to our staff and members, establish a great working relationship with the board of directors and continue the delivery of our strategy.
The successful candidate will need to be hard working, motivated to be part of a fast paced business, and come with experience of managing and leading teams, with proven track record in strategic planning and delivery in a business or sporting environment.
The role requires candidates to able to develop strong, effective working relationships with key partners and have knowledge of the current sporting and political landscape.
Candidates will require strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative. You will need sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be able to create business reports and papers for board and other audiences.
