Hours: Part time/Various, evenings and weekends only

Salary: Voluntary, however reasonable expenses will be paid and the Club may contribute to Coaching Qualifications, subject to Committee approval

Burntisland Swimming Club was founded in 1886 and is proud of its friendly and inclusive ethos and atmosphere.  The Club has around 95 swimmers ranging from age 5 upwards, with 2 teaching squads and 2 coaching squads – Development and District. We have competitive swimmers aiming for District and National times, and a small number of non-competitive swimmers who swim for fitness. We also have a Masters squad which trains regularly.

We are looking to bolster our Coaching team with a focus on our District Squad.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator, confident, be able to inspire and motivate our swimmers, and work positively as part of the current teaching/coaching team.

Key Attributes:

  • Preferably Level 1 Coaching, or UKCC Level 2 Teaching working towards a coaching qualification
  • PVG Scheme Membership
