The Young People's Sport Panel

Led by sportscotland, supported by Young Scot

The Young People's Sport Panel represents the views of young people in sport at a national level. The members of the panel act as the voice of their peers, ensuring their opinions and heard and their views are incorporated into the organisation and development of sport in Scotland.

Every two years, young people are chosen from across the country to be part of the panel. Applications will open for the 2018-20 panel on 29 January. There are some key criteria that all applicants must meet:

  • Living in Scotland
  • Aged between 14 and 23
  • Passionate about sport
  • Want to make a difference
  • Got up to 3 hours a week to commit

Think you've got what it takes to apply?
